Hope Solutions is pleased to announce that Board President, Carol Gilliland, has been awarded Diablo Magazine ‘s prestigious Threads of Hope Award. Threads of Hope recognizes outstanding volunteers in the community who work tirelessly to transform the world around them. The award ceremony will take place on Thursday, December 6 at the Orinda Theatre (3308, 4 Orinda Theatre Square, Orinda, CA) from 5:30 – 8:30 pm.
Carol has been active with Hope Solutions for well over a decade. In addition to serving as Board Chair, she has lent her time and outstanding talents to the Hope Solutions Youth Enrichment program, Hope Solutions’s annual gala Ruby Slippers- There’s No Place Like Home, and has supported the organization through donations, in-kind gifts, and countless volunteer hours.
