Our monthly Opportunities for Involvement and Furnishing Needs lists make it easy to find ways to help. The Contra Costa Continuum of Care, our county’s homeless solutions network, has also produced a comprehensive resource, the 2021 Homelessness Awareness Month Toolkit to help engage, learn, and contribute to ending homelessness in Contra Costa County.
