Dahlia Carreón

Family Case Manager

Dahlia is a native Californian and proud mother of a 25-year-old plant operator and a 3-year-old German Shepherd, “Sofia.” She enjoys all things health and fitness, tutoring and mentoring students, and music. Challenges inspire her.

She uses problem solving to show that there IS a way forward and a daily attitude of gratitude motivates her to continue thinking and doing positively. Dahlia’s clients help her keep it real and she encourages them to keep moving forward! She is considering a health coach certificate to help others make and reach their health goals.
