When John isn’t at Hope Solutions, you’ll find him hiking, bike riding, reading, or in the kitchen with his wife. Growing up in Louisville KY, his work brought him to San Ramon about 20 years ago.

John is inspired by an elderly client with serious mental illness, who, after much support, was able to reconnect with health care and rebuild her relationships with her family and community.

Driven by fascination in mental health and inspiration from experiences like this, John is pursuing a Master’s in Social Work and hopes to earn a clinical license to deepen his knowledge and skills.
