Donor Engagement & Communications Coordinator


Victoria has over ten years of experience working in Operations and Customer Service. Her passion for creating new processes, developing systems, and building relationships with community members brought her to Hope Solutions. Although her role started in Operations, her natural instincts, compassion, and wittiness brought her to the Development team where she’s able to work hands-on with our supporters and community partners. Victoria was born and raised in Richmond and loves being a Bay Area native. She currently resides in Solano County with her husband, their son, and French bulldog Lulu.

Victoria is inspired every day by the selflessness of our supporters and community partners, all of whom she gets to connect with daily. Her values and upbringing make for a great fit at Hope Solutions, which motivates her to continue advocating and sharing the voice of those around her.

I love our team and the culture at Hope Solutions. I appreciate that we all have the same objective, and that's to help others. I'm surrounded by so many selfless and kind people, and it inspires me daily to give my best every day.
