At Hope Solutions, we know that each family’s journey toward stability begins with a safe, welcoming home. Thanks to our incredible partners at Make It Home Bay Area, several new Hope Solutions residents were able to move into fully furnished homes— both at Pomona House and Garden Park Apartments – transforming empty spaces into places of comfort and hope.
This project was made possible through generous support from the Impact Diablo Valley Grant, which covered the furniture and delivery fees that helped bring this partnership to life. Make It Home’s team serves 50–70 households across the Bay Area each month, providing gently used, quality furnishings that help individuals and families transition out of crisis and into stability.
For a nominal service fee and delivery fee, Make It Home furnishes clients’ homes across the Bay Area and currently serves 50-70 households each month.
