Christina McCarthy

Chief Financial Officer

Christina joined Hope Solutions in March 2017.  She has an MPA and a Certificate in Non-Profit Management from Villanova University, is a Certified Non-Profit Accounting Professional and earned her bachelor’s degree in accounting from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo.  Christina has over 20 years of finance and accounting experience, having worked in both public accounting and commercial banking.  

Christina spent many years volunteering extensively at local public schools as well as non-profits such as Junior Achievement, Girl Scouts, and AYSO youth soccer clubs. She has served on several non-profit boards, ran after school programs and fundraisers. It was this volunteer experience that drew her to a career move to non-profit finance.

Christina is happy to be back in Pleasant Hill where she grew up, serving the local community. She lives with her husband, three teenage children, and their dog.  She enjoys traveling with her family and attending her children’s sports activities.
