On June 17th, Clayton Valley Presbyterian Church treated Garden Park Apartments residents to a special movie event. Residents enjoyed a fun-filled afternoon eating pizza, making ice cream sundaes, and watching a classic Disney movie. Families spent time together, bonding and kicking off the summer.
We appreciate Clayton Valley Presbyterian Church for providing food, drinks, and dessert to make this afternoon possible. The church has been partnering with Hope Solutions for over 15 years! George Anich, who coordinated volunteers to provide this donation and who has been a Homework Club tutor for ten years, says that they been focused for a while on helping people who are unsheltered or are insecure with respect to housing. Clayton Valley Presbyterian Church partners with Hope Solutions because like George, people in his congregation feel that “Hope Solutions is one of the best organizations providing one of the most needed services to the County.”
