In 2015, Hope Solutions will be adding new programs to provide permanent supportive housing for 48 chronically homeless adults. As part of the County’s Homeless Continuum of Care, Hope Solutions is stepping up to meet this critical need. Not only will these adults have a home but they will also receive high quality services that support self-reliance to remain housed permanently!
