Hope Solutions is grateful for the ongoing support of First Presbyterian Church of Concord, one of 45 Faith and Community Partners engaging in our mission. “Our church was there to help furnish an apartment for one of the first families that moved into Garden Park,” shares Susan Lawson, Mission Committee Liaison. “Since then, Hope Solutions has grown exponentially, making a marked difference among the homeless and we are honored to partner with them.”
