Ruby Slippers Gala Brings Hope and Reunites Supporters

On Saturday, April 30th, over 240 guests gathered in-person at the Blackhawk Auto Museum and at home via live-stream to celebrate the Hope Solutions’ 14th annual gala, Ruby Slippers – There’s No Place Like Home. Together, we raised $365,000 to support Hope Solutions’ mission to heal the effects of homelessness and poverty by providing permanent housing solutions and vital support services.

We were excited to share the story of Justine, a former Hope Solutions resident who recently graduated from UC Berkeley and just purchased her own home.

She and her family are thriving. At the event, she expressed her gratitude for the incredible support she received from Hope Solutions. Her story is a powerful example of how housing, stability, and a loving community can transform lives.

We are grateful to the Board of Directors, Ruby Slippers committee, Hope Solutions’ staff, our amazing volunteers, and to everyone who made the night such a spectacular success.
