On Saturday, April 29, 2023, over 300 guests gathered to celebrate Hope Solutions’ 15th annual gala, Ruby Boots - There’s No Place Like Home. Together, we raised $437,000! We are grateful to those who came out to support our mission to heal the effects of homelessness and poverty by providing permanent housing solutions and vital support services.
The night was co-hosted by Dave Clark, KTVU-2 Anchor, and William Goodwin, Hope Solutions’ Board Member and Housing Advocacy Consultant.
The program was opened with a beautiful blessing from Rabbi Noach Lawrence, Temple Isaiah and Hope Solutions’ Board Member. Board President Donald O’Neal offered gratitude to sponsors and all supporters, and Deanne Pearn, CEO Hope Solutions provided an update on our efforts to end homelessness in Contra Costa County.
We were honored that one of Hope Solutions’ clients shared her story. Kristina is a beacon of hope for our team. Her story is such a powerful example of how housing and support can provide stability, to truly transform lives. Watch the video story below.
